“He said he doesn’t wanna d!e young but he did” – Nigerian rapper Oladips dies at 28 (Watch)

Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji professionally known as Oladips has been lost to the cold hands of death at the age of 28.

The management of the singer disclosed to all and sundry today, November 15th 2023 that the singer passed away yesterday November 14th 2023 at exactly 10:14PM.

Recall Intel Region had earlier reported that Oladips was rushed to the hospital during the late hours of yesterday as he battles for his life.

A video of the rapper popped up online where he was heard asking his friend, known on Instagram as OnlyOneLifetime, to take him to the hospital.

Before he was rushed to the hospital, Oladips took to his Instagram story to post a message asking his friend who left home to get him drugs to return home.

In the video shared, Oladips could be heard pleading with his friend to take him to the hospital. While he was being carried to the hospital, his friends who were around him were heard shouting out his name as he reportedly passed out on their way.

Confirming his death, the singer management wrote; “We are saddened to inform the general public that Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji aka OLADIPS has passed away yesterday Nov’14th Tuesday evening,at exactly 10:14pm. We are still in shock as we speak! For over 2 years he has kept his battles within himself, his body is now with his family & funeral services will be announced as soon as it is concluded! The family asked that we respect their privacy in this trying time. May God give us all the fortitude to bear this great loss.(amen).”
